OCEAN EAST DETAILS
**Located right on the beach----this resort is the relaxing experience you've
been looking for. Whether it's lying poolside (pool/kiddie pool and whirlpool
areas)---dining or drinking at the In House Restaurant or other On Site Restaurant---or
walking onto the long beautiful stretch of beach and ocean.
**If traveling out of the resort---you can visit Daytona Speedway and other
nearby attractions---or drive just an hour west into Orlando or an hour north
into St. Augustine. You'll be in the center of all the Florida attractions---and
at the end of it---come back to a very relaxing environment.
ROOM DETAILS
**The Studio is on the fourth floor with a wonderful view of Ormond and Daytona
Beach---beautiful palm trees, etc… (non-ocean view). It has a full kitchen,
1 bath, dining area, double size murphy bed, living room area with sleep
sofa---(pocket doors can separate murphy bed from sleep sofa), cable TV,
VCR and A/C.

BERKSHIRE RESORT DETAILS
**Just steps away from the Beautiful stretch of Delray Beach and the Atlantic
Ocean is this relaxing vacation resort. Choose between the heated saltwater
or freshwater pools, a large jacuzzi and sunbathing deck. Get active on the
lighted tennis court, playing shuffleboard, or on the putting green. If inside
the resort, you'll find a recreation room with ping pong, billiards, and
arcade games (or a laundry facility if needed). Whether you're on the beach
or in the center of the resort---you'll feel as if you were in the tropics.
***If traveling out of the resort---a short stroll will lead you to many
shops, art galleries, and restaurants in the picturesque shopping district
of Delray Beach. If you would like to take a short drive---you could be in

- Vacation cost including applicable discounts and taxes will be
sent via e-mail along with the "Reservation Confirmation"
- 50% of your total cost (less deposit) is due within 10 business
days of receiving the "Reservation Confirmation".
- Remainder of the vacation cost is due no later than 30 days prior
to the vacation.
- Cancellations---monies will only be refunded if the reservation
is able to be re-rented less any applicable fees.
- Security Deposit---$100 refundable deposit---unless paying by credit
card or credit card number is on file---then no security deposit
is required
